Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yantra Yatra. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

4. Domestic Shipping

Yantra Yatra ships to addresses within India only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. Damages

Yantra Yatra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
