Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yantra Yatra. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our returns process.

2. Returns

You have  7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at yantrayatra01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yantrayatra01@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
